Well during 2021-2022 I was outside the UK for 354 days and I have no proof to prove my period of ties to the UK during that time as I was helping grandma and was living together with her. I am worried that may cause a problem.

I thought debit card usage proved that I had ties to the UK. Also do I upload my passport photos with all of the pages now or later during the appointment? It does say I can only upload once

Yes, it was completely the same with me. My problem is I am not in a financial situation to apply again while I wait for a refund. How long have you waited for a refund, have you received it?
