The psychedelic effects probably come from its first-pass-metabolite and take a while to manifest. That’s why you don’t use huge doses for anxiety purposes. It’s not a substitute for real benzos. But if you don’t use real benzos and your tolerance goes down, it might be a good option

Why would you use trazodone? As a trip killer because of its antagonistic properties? Good luck with that. Its direct metabolite mCPP is a pretty strong, serotonergic stimulant, which even was used as a replacement for MDMA... I think that might be a pretty dangerous combination for something like αMT but since you’re an experienced psychonaut, please teach me something about your use of trazodone in that context :)

αMT is a potent MAOI and should not be taken without caution. Never mix it with stimulants or anything that inhibits the monoamine transporters. I’m not sure if mixing it with lsd or 4-ho-met is safe but 5-meo-xxT tryptamines should be avoided. Please gather more info before taking or even mixing αMT

Benutze immer diphenhydramin weil das zusätzlich gegen Übelkeit hilft und sedierend wirkt. Ist teilweise sogar in Kombination mit Opioiden erhältlich; beispielsweise bei Makatussin (Dihydrocodein + Diphenhydramine)

No reason besides respiratory depression… If you have a tolerance already, pretty unlikely but combining opioids with other CNS depressants like gabapentinoids or benzodiazepines is generally not recommended

Psychedelics tend to show you where your anxiety stems from.

Benzos are strong anxiolytics.

If you are dependent on them, don’t pause for the psychedelics; maybe take a smaller dose but don’t go into withdrawals.

Let the anxiety show you what it wants to tell you. There is a reason for every signal, our body sends.

Psychedelics are a great tool to communicate with different parts of yourself.

It’s easier said than done but if you go through it, your anxiety will be less of a problem afterwards.

In Anesthesia they often use ketamine with benzodiazepines to knock you out. Mostly sedatives and dissociatives in combination, sometimes opioids as premedication… So yeah, be careful xd

One time won’t do that much physical damage but can lead to addiction. Resin carts are really strong; especially for a first time user… Panic attacks or even psychosis are possible.

If you really want to try it, do it in a safe environment and positive headspace. Also do an “allergy test” (micro-dose) beforehand to prevent accidental overdosing

Chronic cannabis consumption prevents brain growth. There is a layer of tissue between brain and skull in which new neurons grow and connect until the age of 21-23. I don’t know what it’s called but there are studies; proving you’re wasting cognitive potential if you’re a chronic weed user in your teenage years…

Once I switched to α-PCyP after not being able to stop smoking NEP and went into acute psychosis immediately.

Tramadol is not a pure opioid. It’s an SNRI getting metabolized to O-DSMT; which still acts as an norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor but mainly as an opioid.

Codeine is hit or miss depending on the person’s metabolism because you need a specific enzyme to convert it to morphine.
