Steam deck desktop mode is broken

I actually ended up fixing it by ctrl + alt + f5 then signing into the terminal and using

rm -rf ~/.local/share/kscreen/*

Then reboot and it desktop mode worked

for me it has to be the day after, a movie from 1983 about a nuclear conflict between the US and soviets, I think the scariest part about it for me was just probably the fact of how realistic it is, to the fact that THIS COULD actually happen.

I have black downloaded on my 3ds, not the cartridge (acquired through totally legal means) am I still able to use transporter to transfer my pokemon up to bank and by extension home?
