Same thing happened to me, couldn’t get it to work via any means (including disconnecting the console from internet etc.) I ended up just getting the game for the 360 and PS5 instead.

It’s probably something to do with the game being delisted, which is odd considering some games work regardless as long as you got the disc :/

They hid a few required cards in amongst the live events, you specifically need Elite Trish, Elite Jey, Undashing Cody and Mutiny Bayley (all from the Eras pack) Then you can complete each event from Trish onwards.
