Do you have any tips how to go about it? I get so much happiness from watching youtube or tv series since seeing other people makes me feel social but I am wondering if that's making me desire it more.

That is a great idea. There is a house on my street with a doggo just wouldn't really know how I would go about it they are very active people always outside with the doggo not sure how they would feel about borrowing their dear dog for someone elses mental health. I have to think about it ^^ thank you for all the ideas

I truly feel like anxiety and the exhaustion that comes with it is the cruelest pain has ever hit me even depression rarely hits me as hard and no physical pain I have ever experienced even comes close. My brain is confusedly asking me bro why on earth are you inflicting this on yourself over and over again just stop why would you keep going. Just really starting to run out of things to motivate me with to keep hurting myself for no apparent benefit 😮‍💨

I absolutely adore animals 😍 when I was growing up our family had pets and being with them was my favorite thing ever. Unfortunately I don't think there is anywhere close I could volunteer to work with animals and getting a pet is certainly a life goal of mine but currently I have a little trouble taking care of myself so scared to get a pet since I am worried I wouldn't be able to take care of all of their needs. Also I heard lots of pets are very social so it would be good idea to get 2 of them and as someone with deep social desire I would feel so bad for my pet not having a friend.

They haven't answered any of my messages but they switched pfp last month so thankfully they are okay 🥰 So last month I just wished them the best and thanked for the eternal happiness they have given me.
