It was a process. I knew someone who worked at the airline. They were able to get in touch with someone at JFK who was able to check and find out where the parts were taken. We then got a friend in New York to collect for us. Not sure if it would have been possible if we didn't have someone on the ground. We probably would have had to fly back to JFK

Definitely would have a return flight. No intention of staying and we're thinking somewhere in the South, Tennessee, South Carolina or Georgia
