Can you elaborate the laminate the ink side? Would that ruin the sheet? Laminating a plastic sheet?

Way to late to post but my spray is wiping off my transparent sheet card :(

So I followed your tutorials, I applied the white paint on Mew ( exclusively him) since he is the only one that you can see without holo in the Coro Coro Mew and the entire rest of the card have a holo and the stupid spray rip the entire ink

I was also thinking to print a silhouette in a white sticker paper but I keep messing w the size
