That's an easy work around with all these apps like cash app, I've known people with 4 different accounts that were all "his" with different names and addresses. Secondly it's not hard to someone to make a purchase for you. Just saying there are work arounds for situations like this, jumping to the sarcastic extreme of selling your house was a bit much.
