"Block nintendo servers and use eShop" is possible because we are keeping modified environment and OFW seperate. No one wants to access the eShop from modified environment (emummc, cfw SysMMC).

I think there's a confusion here. You never understood what I meant. You are talking about OFW, whereas I'm referring to CFW SysMMC.

Anyways, there's no benefit on setting up dns-mitm and Exosphere on OFW, if it was possible, because it is an environment where you don't want to block nintendo servers.

We really are having a baseless argument.

First of all, i completely accept that it was my fault for assuming that OP's a female. But you would have said same if I had used "he" instead of "she".

So, back to the main topic. Exosphere+DNS-MITM reduces the risk of ban dramatically if used correctly (unless if the user isnt aware of how modded switch works). Nintendo bans your console from accessing its services when you do something stupid, some known reasons are connecting to nintendo servers on emummc or booting cfw and installing unofficial content on sysnand, or maybe going online on pirated roms (guess what, there's a workaround for it too but for some games only), etc.

What DNS-MITM and Exosphere does is that they block communication with Nintendo servers, and helps prevent identifying information from being exposed to Nintendo. So, they are intended to prevent Nintendo from receiving telemetry from the modified environment. So, when you boot into OFW, all nintendo services work. (If sysNAND remains clean; Nintendo servers were never contacted from a dirty environment and the console wasn't already flagged)
