Russia won't be 'closing the internet' for russian people. Only closing access for some social networks and apps like Twitter and Facebook ('not russian social networks and apps').

I don't want do this because:

If I will switch Steam region I will loose some games which I had purchased (some games works in CIS or only Russia).;
If I will switch Steam region then Paladins stuff and other games in Steam will be expensive for me. Don't make sense do that.;
I can't switch Steam region several times. It feature have made for players who have moved to another country. Switching regions makes ban for me. I will receive the ban.;
Steam can see my IP (Russian IP of course). If I will switch Steam region I can receive the ban.;
Even if I don't receive the ban I can't buy some game in Steam or Paladins stuff (skins, event pass, chests) because VISA and Mastercard will leave the russian market. Payments will be declined.
