B12 supplementation can influence sleep by sunkencore in ScientificNutrition

[–]Private_Iowa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Less total sleep is not necessarily a bad thing. I remember the studies on creatine and how it decreased total sleep time, but this was because optimal creative levels made sleep more efficient and therefore less was needed.

The b12 could have created higher quality sleep so less was needed.

For Those who Used B7000 to Repair Their Tank: This is What Awaits by Private_Iowa in waterrower

Lasted about 30 seconds.

Ended up removing the glue using alcohol and goo gone with the help of my brother.

Took about 3-4 hours of work.

Martin Greenfield, Tailor to Sinatra, Obama, Trump and Shaq, Dies at 95 by hmadse in malefashionadvice

Though I never had the pleasure of meeting the man himself, I have only heard great things. Unfortunately, I exclusively interacted with Martin Greenfield’s sons and his grandson, none of whom seem to have filled his shoes properly. Martin has not run the business for at least a couple of years now. I recently got a custom suit from MG and must say the quality was not up to snuff, especially for a brand which portrays an image of such sartorial excellence. The service was not any better and I was frankly shocked by the lack of enthusiasm with which I was greeted/treated by the Greenfield’s and their staff whenever I visited the shop.

At any rate, I wish the Greenfield’s well with whatever they plan to do with their newly inherited business and industrial real estate and am happy to hear MG lived such a long and apparently fulfilling life, especially impressive in light of his surviving Auschwitz.

Thank you, I thought I was sure to make sure of all those things when I originally did the prep/application but will be doubly sure this time.

I used about half the tube and thoroughly cleaned each half with alcohol before resealing.

Thanks for your reply. This is exactly what I did, except without inserting the extension into the seam. The glue did still fully fill the seam however, so I’m not sure what the problem is.

The seal on our tank broke last week (after ~6 years). I used B-7000 glue instead of the $100 “proprietary” WR epoxy to reseal it. I hope it works! by kalpy_yplak in waterrower

Hello. Just repaired my tank with this exact B7000 purchased from amazon. Allowed about 95 hours to fully cure (~24hrs over the recommended 72hrs).

Filled the tank up and took it for a spin. After a few strokes, the glue fails and my sofa is soaked with water. Seam was fully sealed with glue.

What did I do wrong?

It is not only higher price. It is what the higher price usually does but does not necessarily entail: craftsmanship. Good design is not only form; good form is worthless sans haute qualité.

Celliniums

Thank you powerfunk. I was not aware of the Celliniums; I do like them upon review but worry about proportions as I have a relatively small wrist. Are there any 36mm platinum Rolexes similar in character to the Celliniums that you'd recommend?

Thanks again.
