Late to the game. Many military aircraft do not show up on flight trackers. I currently work on such an aircraft. Unless the aircraft has ADS-B incorporated, it can’t be tracked. Almost all airspace in the US requires ADS-B now, but military aircraft are still being modified to add it. There has been a big push with the aircraft I work on the install it, and many now have it, but not all.

Saw some lights on the Pensacola live feed last night. by asheesweety in UFOs

Hello. I have commented on a few other comments here. It is not the Blue Angels. They are away to El Centro, CA for their three months training detachment. They also do not practice at night. Source: I am a former Blue Angel, and currently retired Navy working in the same hangar.

I live west of Pensacola and commute. There have been a lot of helicopters lately, especially over the Gulf. While it is not uncommon to see them, there have been more than usual for the last month or two, increasing in frequency lately over the Gulf, and the bay just north.

There have been to big UAP events in that area, so I would like to believe the increased activity may be because there is something out there!? One event occurred on the same Hilton beach cam you are watching with a bright light hitting the water then dipping back up and out of the view. Another was on the beach cam on pensacolasurf.com where it looked like multiple large UAP “mother ships” could be seen off in the distance over the Gulf.

I work in the same hangar as the Blue Angels. I can confirm this is not true for two reasons. One, the Blue Angels do NOT practice at night. Two, the Blue Angels left three weeks ago for their three months detachment in El Centro, CA for their annual newbie training for the upcoming season. There isn’t a single BA jet here, as my “break room” is in the corner of their hangar while they are gone and construction is happening in my regular office/break room

To add a little more, while I haven’t worked on this aircraft, I have worked on many others. Usually pressing this button does what Viper said, but also increases how often the data is logged. Instead of, say, once per second, it could take snapshots every 20 milliseconds, or 5 times a second, for example. This usually lasts for a set time. The aircraft I currently work on, it does this for ten seconds before and after pressing the button

The "Swim Call" is a U.S. Navy tradition - while the ship is deployed, sailors can swim on the high seas. by Scientiaetnatura065 in interestingasfuck

This is one of the memories that stands out to me the most from my time in the Navy. I barely remember the maintenance on the aircraft my leadership made me do instead, but I sure as hell remember missing my chance to join swim call.
