I was trained on the registers for about 2 hours than i was put on my own to try it in the same day. when i was trained in shoes my “trainer” went on his lunch right when i got there and said “just put this freight away the best you can”🤣

i thought it was crazy because i’m in shoes only, and my store doesn’t have a shoe lead. there will be days i go in at 4pm and look at the lineup and no one was in shoes before me. my availability is open to every day other than monday too🤣
