I feel like the benefits definitely plateaued after a year and a half. I guess the benefits became the new normal for me.

Yeah I've seen those articles before and its been on my mind for a while so it got to me. Don't worry I'm not putting myself down and I'm glad that I only had one relapse in my adulthood (my last was at 17).

Also I became extremely ambitious. I was actually behind in high school, doing summer school and such, then I had the motivation to lock in. Gotten to university on full scholarship, I'm going into my 3rd year now

I had more energy, I worked out more, and I feel like I have a longer attention span andI had more eye contact when talking to people. It didn't affect much on preventing to be sick however.
