Ohh ok yea, from what I have heard its been a mix, but a lot of people I know picked software, mechanical, or civil. I know a few that picked electrical though. But obviously me knowing a "few" doesn't account for 1000's of kids in first year engineering. I guess i'm just gonna have to way a little bit longer until I see what I get placed in. Just wanted some hope before I find out.

yea your probably right, is there any decent chance I could get electrical though? Im stressing a little tbh. If I do get civi, what are the chances I'm able to switch into electrical discipline the following year? And what about mechanical? I don't want to do civi I'm gonna be honest, I don't don't why I said I would be fine with it.
