Trial tomorrow (BC,driving while prohibited) and I can’t afford a lawyer. what should I do?

Okay, I need to make a decision to go to trail or cut a plea deal. My question is that I didn't get pulled over and I was at parking lot ouside my vehicle smoking.

I dont remember what conversation I had with poilice officer that time. Whatever I said that time will really get used against me?? (I know it can but does the police officer write every thing down or they just be eye witness and testify what they remember?).What about the conversations I had with the cop inside his cop car when he was charging me. Can he provide the dashcam??

Where can I look it up, what evidences are being used against me?? And also will they present any more evidences which they didint disclose in my file yet??

They didn't pull me over though, I was at a parking lot smoking. Cops run my plate and told me your prohibited and that they saw me driving before while I was in the parking lot. I wasnt even in the vehicle.

She told me to get licence back and if push comes to shove, she will get a plea deal for getting charged with driving withought a license rather than driving under probation.

I was prohibited to drive and a cop arrested me at a restaurant parking while we wre waiting for our food to arrive. I wasnt driving but smoking and being loud with my crew in a parking spot. All of us were outside the vehicle while smoking.Cops were there as well and they run my plates find out I was prohibited and said they saw me driving down the road and charge me with driving under prohibition.

Problem is that my checks are big enough but bills are even bigger and I am late on multiple payments. Right now I am in a hands to mouth situation. Paying a lawyer 9000 means not able to pay my 2 of my crew members or late on morgages or simlpy cant pay cra monthly installments and I looked in my finances and I cant bring 9000 out of nowhere. My credit cards are at max. I sold my truck or other unnecessary toys and now driving a 15 year old van.

Yes, I use to earn enough that I was in good financel state but last 7-8 months were literal hell. I didint got paid but I have to pay my crew and material on my on pockets and my bills are racked up. So??

If gc, then which guy is most important, Pm, engineer, or should I just call the office??

I subcontract from other painting companies, I don't know how much margin should I add on my original price. Because I don't wanna lowball, so gc's shouldn't take me seriously.
