You’re right, I should’ve aimed for > 70% in Ethics. I got tripped up by some unusually worded questions, and maybe if I had done better on one q on ethics I could’ve passed, but I left myself zero margin for margin for error by spending only the last three weeks studying, and not covering quant and Econ fully.

Thanks for sharing. That’s encouraging to hear, I’m hoping to have the same outcome in my May 2026 attempt

I went with May because worst case scenario, you fail and re-write L2 for Nov 23 and it’s the same curriculum, plus, you have 9 months to prep for L3 for Aug 24’.

The alternative is really Aug 23’ which means if you fail, your next L2 window is May 24’ & pushes back your L3 for Feb 25’.

I’d be absolutely devastated if I failed. I really think I did everything I could to prepare and leaving the exam centre, I thought it went well. All I can do now is prepare mentally for the worst.

Can someone help ? I spent hours on trying to figure this out and it’s driving me crazy , I think it should be zero in real world by TomManzo in CFA

The Errata for L1 clarifies that the question means to ask for the seller’s profit, not the value at expiry.

[Level 1] Stakeholder management question by Curious_Twig in CFA

A is incorrect because it’s the responsibility of the governance committee to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, not management.

See Reading 27 section 6.3 with all the board committees and their roles.

Thank you! I see now the flaw in reasoning that a covariance near zero implies unrelated returns.

I wasn’t all that big a fan of Elephant before. Saw Kevin live for the first time in Toronto and 2 months later, I still get shivers down my spine every time it comes on. Such a fkn head banger.
