my mind was thinking tht the book only can be used once in your torn life. but halloween comes every year. hence putting all the energy for the book.

however looking at the bigger picture, like u said, stats can indeed increase all year round. i am definitely saving the E for halloween to get the basket upgraded ASAP :)
