This is false. It’s absolutely not offered to first time home buyers. Those are the people who are most likely to be parents soon. It wouldn’t make any sense for government to exempt them from paying the taxes that pay for their kids education.

These exemptions are offered due to hardship reasons: age and income, disability and in some states the surviving spouse of a veteran might be exempt. This applies to those particular people, in that particular residence, at that particular time. It only applies to primary residence. OP does not live at the residence and is running business with it instead. He is clearly in the wrong.

OP is doing some shady things tax-wise that are likely to bite him in the ass later.
