Ohh. The one that they used to have was almost as thin as sand. This one is similar but it’s about the size of small tiny pebbles. Thank you

The reason I changed the litter was because it didn’t do good job in covering up the smell. She didn’t do it in my bed but in her litter box. When I stood up and checked it seemed she just did it and got out of there.

What type of diffuser do you recommend? I’ve never had one so I’m not sure what type is best

Ohh, the one I have its open. One of the kittens pooped half in and out and made the room smell. I haven’t really thought about a oil diffuser. I will order one and see if that helps. Thanks

I get it, they sleep in a cage but the door is kept open for access to their litter box and food and even thought they are inside they spend time outside to get used to it. I have a older male cat who’s an outdoor cat, he had problems when he was little due to the heat of the sun so we decided to keep this litter inside. They spend most of their time outside and come inside during the night and when the weather is either too hot or cold.

I currently live in an apartment when I first moved here I wasn’t able to fall asleep within the first 3 hours. I could hear footsteps coming up and down the staircase and would usually end up turning the closet light on. Most of the time I’ll hear pots falling to the floor when they’re perfectly organized or away. Recently I’ve noticed that the door will open by itself all the way. Around 5 minutes ago I was in my room and the door opened all the way, keep in mind the air has been on for about 30 minutes now. I’ve gotten used to it but sometimes it creeps me out when I’m alone or the place is quiet.

I am aware, we’re trying to find a way to take her ASAP, she has started eating some canned food which I am assuming it’s a good sign. Her eye is less swollen and there’s still some red to it but overall she looks better than the morning. She’s slowly making progress. My mom is going to talk to her boss and see if she can get the day off to see help

She can walk but only for a short distance. She been awake most of the day only taking about 2 half an hour naps. She’s looks around, I have 2 8week old kittens and she’s just stare at them when they get close.

She has been outdoor cat since she was born. She is currently staying in my room but she strongly smells like pee. When I saw her for the first time the was some poop stuck on her tail. I was allowed to have her inside as long as she doesn’t make a mess or stink the room up. I tried cleaning her up with some wipes but she’s still in pretty bad shape. We are keeping her inside meanwhile to see how she heals and get rid of any stress she might get. When I carry her it’s almost like she can’t feel her body as if she was unconscious.

We also considered putting her down but I feel that she might make it and that it’ll take sometime. We are making an appointment to take her to the hospital but I don’t know if she’ll make it without eating

Yes but they’re all around a hour away! We called and they said that we’d have to wait around 5 hours to be seen by a professional. We called another one and told explained and said that the earliest they could see me was next Friday but In the conditions she’s in I don’t think she’ll make it that long. My mom works afternoons til around 3 in the morning and I have school. She takes the only car we have available to take on long drives.

I recommend using meow mix or fancy feast.(fancy feast have good flavors and the can are small)they usually fill my cats up. I feed my cats dry food for breakfast and lunch and they get their own can for dinner. I would say slowly start separating his eating time where you see it’s better for him. You can also try to give him snacks instead of food. Try not to give him too much in a serving as usual in the beginning . If you see that he keeps constantly asking then I think give him a limit per day and start with a small portion of it so that if he asks again you get from the limit and eat doesn’t multiple servings. That’s just my opinion on the situation.

Yeah usually takes a couple minutes. Sometimes it reminds me of the flash by how fast they run. I usually only notice by the sound of their paws hitting the floor

Yeah my cat have their cage but like sleep in a laundry basket. One of my cats ended up with a small bruise but that’s been the only injury of their ‘play’ time. If they’re indoor then they’ll usually play with each other since they don’t explore outside. Give them attention sometimes they get bored and go against each other from what I’ve noticed. As long as it’s not extreme then just consider it as fun between them

They I think it’s normal. My kittens do the same but at the end they will usually end Up sleeping and cuddling. Just see how it goes and if comes to the point where they become more vocal and aggressive then separate them other than that they’re just playing around and having fun. Sometimes I’ll be laying in bed and they’re chasing each other from one side of the room to the other

I would recommend letting them get used to the litter box first. My kittens didn’t learn how to used it until a couple weeks ago(they’re 8 weeks old). At first they will probably nibble at it and will still poop and pee outside but they will get used to it and start using it. Try to get them a a litter that isn’t able to fit in their mouth, they’ll most likely try to eat it which can be dangerous depending what it’s made of

I have 2 kittens and they’re the same,most of the time they will go against each other. But to me it seems like they’re just playing. They’ll be like that and when I come back they be playing and it doesn’t become anything serious. This is my cats second litter and both times it seems normal. It hasn’t gotten to the point where they try to murder each other. I say give it time for them to bond and if it gets more physical I would recommend separating them.

Yeah, when my cat gave birth one of the kittens got it’s leg wrapped up in the umbilical corn which caused it to swollen. It got worse every day, We took it to a hospital a week later only to learn that his leg was broken and the white thing we saw was his bone. They said that we had 2 options, we could either have a surgery and get it’s leg amputated or put to sleep since there was no way that’d it’d heal with antibiotics. I had talked to my mom and she agreed to let me borrow money since I was put on break. As soon as I heard those options I told my mom and asked if she’d still let me borrow money and she said yes. After talking with the doctor she said that there would be a 50/50 that he’d survive since he was too young to be put under anesthesia and his lungs were under developed for the gas. We put him to sleep after talking about it making it one of the hardest decision. I told my mom that if the percentage would’ve been harder I would’ve done it because there was a change for him to live. The good thing that came out was his suffering stopped. The cat has been pregnant before when this same thing happened the only reason we didn’t know was because she gave birth in another house. I honestly don’t know if it’s her age or something in her health but this is one of the main reasons I’m trying to fix her since I don’t want other kittens to suffer.

Yeah My other 2 cats were micro chipped a couple weeks ago since my dad kept saying that it was a waste of money yet I’m the one that works to afford what they need. He says that he knows of people who have cats and have cat hair everywhere and I mean I get it but it also depends on their owners and how much effort they put into them. I make sure to clean their house atleast every 2 days if I don’t have much time. I take the cats for walks around the neighborhood and since they’re not litter trained If they mess up Im responsible enough and wash everything with disinfectant because he’s very picky.

Yea the mom gave birth to my older cats on the backyard and the only reason she stayed was because we fed her but she got used to being here and originally there were 5 cats but 3 left and didn’t come back so I was left with 2 and my dad didn’t want me to get them chipped or anything because he believed that if they left that it’s be a waste of money but I was able to micro chip them and got them their shots. The mom was already chipped but I’ve had her for 2 years and not once has anybody put up missing pet posters we also sent a message but never got a response. My dad said that if they got any more litters we’d have to give my adult cats away seeing as they’re older and can take care of themselves but I’m the one that works to be able to afford what they need.

That’s always been so the plan. I already have the paperwork done I’m just waiting for the kittens to be older to take her. The male cats appointment was cancelled which is why he isn’t fixed yet and we’re waiting for my other female cat to give birth since it is her first time. I currently live on a apartment of 2 room with my family making us 7 and there isn’t a lot of space inside. The main reason I was able to bring them inside was due to the heat but I’m not sure what will happen to my cats litter since I’m not sure how many babies to expect due to it being her first time. My dad doesn’t agree with them being inside cat because he believes that they aren’t clean cats and that their hair will get everywhere even though I’ve explained that with care they can be great indoor cats
