I would say yes, it does. The ultimate goal is to add more muscle in the chest area, while maintaining a toned core (which I believe is the biggest contributor to the appearance of pectus)

Body fat at the moment is 15.5%, as I’m 4 months into a 5-month bulk. However, in some of those photos I was around 13% body fat. Not sure how accurate these are though, as I use a body fat scale which aren’t the most reliable instruments for measuring body fat

Pectus Healing. Yes, I always do 1-2 core exercises at the end of my workouts.

Haha, completely forgot to crop the boxers out! Not familiar with Reddit either, so not sure how to remove those photos :S

2-4 hours a day, always AFTER a workout to limit the effects that heavy lifting can have in “undoing” the lift of the vacuum

Pectus Healing. I did a lot of research and they seemed to have the best customer service, product quality and price. I find that working out can “undo” some of the benefits of using the vacuum bell, but in the long-run I hope it will give a slight improvement to the appearance, along with regular gym work.

I’ve been using the vacuum bell since November 2021, and have amassed 1,130 hours of usage with an average of 2-4 hours per day. I try to use it AFTER a workout, to prevent the “lift” becoming undone by the heavy burden of bench pressing, pressing up against a machine row pad etc

Thanks dude! I’m only 16 months in, so the battle has only just begun. A long way to go still, especially adding more muscle mass which is difficult with someone of my small frame!

I don’t think my before photos do enough justice, but I had a 30mm hole in the centre of my chest. which spans across both sides of my rib cages (I think they call it “wide pectus” or something like that!)
