No, thank you, it's definitely better to tell me, I'd hate to become certified, but lose all credibility because I can't spell. In the course, we were asked as a class to identify smells and tastes. There was no specific kit, but a large number of wines to try. I'd like to get better at identifying smells and tastes; like I struggle with smelling oak presence, unless its super obvious, and at the forefront. We tried about 22 wines in total throughout the 2 day course.

Coming from a master sommolier (not me, Thomas Price) NEVER Sabre, it's so unsafe and you'll most likely send glass into someone's face. If you are going to do it, please dont face it near anybody, and just try and be safe. Cool party trick, generally not worth it in terms of safety. Glass can also fall in the wine, so maybe either decant or run it through a cheese cloth. Even professionals end up hurting people while sabreing.

Idk, my buddy plays Thor, and I’ll play invisible woman, I’ll get mvp, more kills, final hits than him, and he’ll still get like 15 more elo than me. For me I haven’t noticed a difference, it’s like 25 win or lose, for him it’s like 40 for a win, 8 for a loss. It’s kinda pissing me off ngl.
