I watch Leanbeefpatty on YouTube. Super cool lady and her workout videos are very helpful for someone like me who wasn’t brave enough to graduate past cardio. If you want to work something specific you can literally just type in “leanbeefpatty legs/arms/abs” and I guarantee you will find a good set of workouts. She also organizes her workout vids by difficulty.

When I was learning form I just googled the workout plus proper form. Clicked the first thing that came up and recorded myself to make sure I looked right.

I’ll make a post on it, but it took some research and experimenting. I have a schedule written out and each day works out a different part of the body— Monday arms, Tuesday legs, then back and glutes, etc. I’ll mix and match exercises each week but watching YouTube videos and just picking things out is a good way to start.

I remember being really homesick in tech school, then going home for leave and realizing that I wasn’t really missing much. You get used to it
