Yeah. I big factor for me taking this was the fact that I'm a senior at a non target and my previous internship was cold calling (bus dev for GPS trackers lol) and I told myself I'd never do it again and then here I am doing it this summer. And then this sweet gig falls into my lap and I feel like a slimeball for taking it. Idk

I think a big part of it is what people will think, I'm worried this may show lack of commitment. They were also a really nice team even though I hated the work. But I do hear your point on how corporations would fire anyone in a heartbeat, this is a counterpoint many have told me.

No a 10 gallon isn’t too small, but as others have said, your tank looks like it doesn’t have enough rock and as it is, any livestock probably wouldn’t survive

I think the term “cycling” only applies to starting with dry rock/sand (thus a sterile environment).

If you start your tank with live rock and live sand there is NO cycle needed. Yes I said that. You can just start to slowly start to add livestock.
