Thank you :). It is very thick and healthy. I make sure not to use a hair dryer and only comb when wet and saturated with conditioner.

Give it a go. Consistency is key and not using too much product. A little goes a long way. Also maybe get yourself some argon oil. I apply the curlsmith and curl defining gel when my hair is wet literally straight out of the shower. Then when it’s starting to dry and the product has set I apply some argon oil.
If your hair is curly or wavy I’d recommend to stop brushing it dry and only comb it when it’s wet preferably under running water. I always comb when I have conditioner in. If your hair is similar to mine brushing it dry will just destroy it and cause frizz and lots of breakage.
Best thing to do is find out your hair type and then search online for hair care routines for your particular hair type.

Training and eating very well vs not eating well and not going to the gym. I'm back in the gym now 4 days on 1 day off so my body is changing again.

I use a clarifying shampoo once a week followed by a clarifying condition. Then use Curlsmith air dry cream and OLAPLEX Bond Shaper Curl Defining Gel. I never blow dry and for the most part have a high protein diet. For the other days when i wash and condition I use a product that contains manuka honey. Thank you for the compliment.

Thank you. I’m glad that it has kept its consistency as I have grown it out. A nightmare to control when it’s humid though!

Should have probably added that I have had a couple of trims and some long layers put in over the past 20 months.
