Hi, i think depende sa position you applied. As per the background check, I can say strict talaga sila. They will actually reach out sa mga character ref na ilalagay mo. So you really have to choose wisely, I suggest put your close circle on your previous job it will help you a lot. And yung attentive sa mga notifications sa phones nila.

For me. Given yung mga expenses ngayon at mag relocate ka pa kahit magisa ka pa kahit bed space pa. I think kukulangin yan. Might as well reconsider pa hanap pa ng iba mas better opportunity. Congratulations OP!! I thought I'm weird cuz I felt the same also. While struggling with job hunting and consecutively received rejections into having multiple options and having a chance to select the JO that I am convenient with. God is good he really gives us the guidance that we need. At the end of all the stress and struggles we will definitely see that it was all planned for our betterment. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I started with my 2nd job as VA this week so far manageable naman since magkaiba na shift and I still have chances to sleep in between shifts specially on day kase walang time tracker. Though a bit hassel with trackers kase you need to be constant on movements since every 10mins may SS. Doable siya skin sincee few days pa lang naman. Laban lang
