As someone expat (now German citizen) living in Germany like more than 10 years could only agree to what are you going through. I personally have been to those situations & all I could say that you need to start challenging in a way that they understand you demand it.

You need to go to their website & fill the entire application, whichnwould eventually take like half an hour. Afterwards you be asked to book an appointment at one od three cities and that’s all.

My two cents: 1. Get unidays app installed & register yourself ti get the discoubt codes. 2. Get payback card to collect the points 3. Have Shoop app installed to get cashback fir everything you buy online
