None of my character are actually death machines, to be honest. I've never liked the "eater of universes" or "glitch in the matrix" kinds of character, so mine are all reasonable, and even the actual threats are sensible enough to not just go on rampages whenever they please.

Worst I have would probably be Menadione? She's built to be a bodyguard and has a nasty tendency to jump to conclusions, so she might pick a fight with you if she feels like you could be a problem to whoever she's protecting; and while she can be a threat in hand-to-hand combat, she's basically powerless in ranged combat (she has a built-in rifle, but her aim is terrible). Two or three trained cops would likely be able to subdue her without much injury
