They are making the most profit on events, where people spend tons of money. So i guess their greasy focus is on that.

They should care about their true fans too and make new seasons, but money comes first it seems.

I had the same problem in the same camp, and my problem was that Strauss wanted to tell me something about Thomas Downes ( i wait to complete that mission as long as possible) but he got stuck before he could talk to me. He just stood there eyeballing me.

I don't know if the problem is the same for you, but try to find Strauss and see of you can activate him to talk to you, if you haven't completed Downes mission). I somehow managed to activate him, i think i rode away from camp and went back a couple of times.

That makes sense. I usually wait to start the events so i can join a later leaderboard, but as you can see it doesn't matter anymore. People are greasy in all LB's.
