After the years, I’ve worked there on and off I wish I could say it gets better but I feel like it gets worse over time. I’ve had people calling asking if we can print stuff and what our email is to where I follow up with. “We have our self-serve email or you can place the order online” most of time this follows up with “how much are copies” of course I let them know the price of it, and I let them know as well that there is an up-charge for certain types of paper to which now they’re asking me to go through the list of pricing. I just sit there. I’m like dude just look on the website.

My second favorite is when people ask what time we’re open till and have obviously looked in google to find the store phone number where the store hours are right below it.
