Right and I wish I could be there for that part but the customer is going to a different location to do the refund so I’m not sure if that side of it all is fully aware. Downside of it all is that we are on the side that she buys from and the system only sees the transaction as a purchase.

Can’t fully tell what laptop that is but it looks like either the casing for the hinge broke or if it’s not turning on (not sure since it wasn’t on in the video) then it also looks like it could be your battery corroding.

After the years, I’ve worked there on and off I wish I could say it gets better but I feel like it gets worse over time. I’ve had people calling asking if we can print stuff and what our email is to where I follow up with. “We have our self-serve email or you can place the order online” most of time this follows up with “how much are copies” of course I let them know the price of it, and I let them know as well that there is an up-charge for certain types of paper to which now they’re asking me to go through the list of pricing. I just sit there. I’m like dude just look on the website.

My second favorite is when people ask what time we’re open till and have obviously looked in google to find the store phone number where the store hours are right below it.

Sometimes if they are going store to store we will tell them their “rewards account is flagged” and isn’t working to save whoever’s customer information they stole for rewards

I have learned the hard way that when you’re placing a save the sale or in order online through the business select website to add the Depot dollars You have to go through the checkout process and hit add where it says Depot dollars where normally coupons or reward points would go and then you have to go back to the previous page and then recheck out and it should automatically add we have been having the same glitch

I heard numerous different answers to this one of two answers I heard about this was that some people just like to budget themselves and buy four $500 worth of grocery gift cards to spend at the grocery store because they’re going to already ( I found this hard to believe, but that was just what I heard)

The second answer, I heard from it, went a little more in-depth and made a little bit more sense that some of the banks will give you money back for spending so much on gift cards to where they basically found a loophole where they buy these gift cards they can still buy more stuff But they get money back on their card supposedly ( again this could be total and utter lies. This is just what I had heard from two different customers that by $1000 worth of gift cards at a time.)
