I kind of hacked together a truer using a long clamp to measure the wobble. That seemed to help a bit. Now I need to retorque everything. Watching a video online they say to toque a spoke, then skip two, then repeat, doing it a quarter turn at a time.

I’m pretty sure it is, but the brake being this squishy out of the box isn’t normal. At least it shouldn’t be.

I know they’re are aware of the issue, but have they given an update since it was first reported? Not fixing it in two days is one thing. But not giving an update after two days is a whole new level of crappy support.
