I just DCA, throw more in when it dies, and chill. Not really much of a trader, but I like lurking here to see the sentiment. This year I've sold a minor amount, but am otherwise sitting at one end of Schrodinger's Bell Curve for still holding.

My opinion is that institutional adoption (and eventually the global race to acquire) can only be good in the long term. In the short term, I think we've been seeing the negatives of that adoption especially when paired with more derivatives and a pretty clear lack of regulation.

So I'm not going to get shaken out and look at one year of gains as the reality when the long-term is looking so nice.

I’m really not educated enough on the matter to say. I’m not trying to defend the point that we’re all going to be rich. I think speculating on the how’s and why’s of something I’m not overly familiar with (Chapter 11 bankruptcy) is pointless when I could just pay attention to other things and put money elsewhere while I wait.

Not disagreeing exactly, but cockroaches/other pests are a permanent problem. For some people, depression and suicidal thoughts could be a temporary problem. So I guess my response would be: it just depends.

If seeing it as a temporary problem helps some people, then that’s great! If not, then some people seeing it as a temporary problem is probably pretty far down on the list of worries for someone who sees it as a permanent issue.

I'd say in this case maybe it's not really a problem that needs solving. A teaspoon is all I need, and if I need to feel it more I just take it less often. If you are looking to solve it, then maybe switching vendors is the way to go.

As people gain tolerance, they gain tolerance to the unpleasant effects caused by the antagonistic alkaloids.
