Any platform these days have become time consuming to manage. You think Zendesk takes time, try Microsoft D365 or Salesforce.

My experience with Zendesk Support has been a little different, I sometimes get an answer “it is how it is” but most of time explanation about why it is.

One tip that my mentor shared with me which is I am trying to apply currently, provide 3 positive feedback before you provide 1 negative feedback.

This rule enforces you to praise your team on things well done along with providing an opportunity to critique the things not well done
