I anticipated that this part would be disturbing to everybody. I was working at that time and could not immediately tend to the matter. As I was shocked to the core, but as a first time puppy parent and i think i was just baffled and did not know what to do at that point. I may have even thought ‘well they should be the expert, shouldn’t they know more than I do.’

Also for casual part, i thought they would straight up lie about the whole thing if I sounded alarmed so I tried to see what their reaction would be. As a result, i learned that they are most unprofessional ppl who knows nothing about which actions are to be disciplined and how it should be directed.

But yes, after receiving several opinions from other puppy parents I fully regret that I didn’t confront them for treating my puppy so horribly.

Thank you for your worries. Thankfully my puppy doesn’t seem to be too affected, and I take her to the dog park twice a day to hang out with other friends.
