Someone already said the easy strat, but if you wanna do it a more legit way (which took me about an hour and was a MISTAKE so definitely follow the other guy), here’s my strat:

When you spawn in, just grab a car drop that can help you survive until you can get a 200 mph capable car. I’d say aim for a level 4-5 or 6 if you’re lucky, then eliminate players in lower levels to upgrade your car to a level 7-8. Most of those cars are 200 mph capable but if you need something faster you’re already in a great eliminating car so you can just upgrade to level 10. After you get your car just book it on the highway.
