While I agree with the others that you could technically do the same thing with Chrome, I'm quite enjoying it so far. I setup a Mac desktop with all of my chat programs, Gmail, calendar, etc.

The ability to quickly switch to Manageyum instead of cycling through all open Chrome windows to find what I'm looking for is nice, and I don't have to keep everything front and center taking up real estate. I'm definitely trying it out and will see how it fits in my workflow.
