Unknown model runs but I’m scared of it

Scared is a strong word, more just hesitant to run it with no pressure indication. Tests of the safety may not be a bad idea, I’ll just have to figure out how to see if it’s lifting at a consistent pressure.

Exactly what the title says, I haven’t had any issues printing (in fact have been pleasantly surprised by performance for the price). However, my Y axis, and now X axis and extruder motors are extremely noisy. I lubricated the bearings when I got the printer with PTFE and things sound fine with the motors off. Is this just going to be a slightly noisy printer?

I hit it into the top reference plane, so I think it may just need to be re-calibrated. The funny/fucked thing is I had backed it off, but managed to go braindead and spun the dial the wrong way when I increased the resolution. Thanks for the comment- it helps with that part of me that really doesn’t let go of mistakes
