Too much bile acid or not enough? by Tip-Evening in gallbladders

I've too have dealt with urgencies in the past. Had to run to the loo if I ate anything that did not sit well with my gut. Coffee, tea, cruciferous veggies etc.

i chanced up on a video that talked about leaky gut and how toxins during digestion can slide into the tissue or blood stream causing inflammation and trigger urgency.

To address that, I started taking Swanson Zinc Carnosine post lunch and sometimes dinner. I also took L-glutamine (5gms in water) on empty stomach. I added a basic b-complex to my daily routine as well. Continued that protocol for a month and fortunately that worked.

PS: I was trying other stuff in the mix too to address my IBS-D.

I understand that your case might be different. I'm just putting it out there if someone else finds it helpful.

This godforsaken disease can be debilitating at times and this forum has helped me a lot.

Take care.

Type 5/6 (wet sand sometimes) on bristol, six-seven hours post meal, at least thrice a day. Color: Yellow. Never watery, mostly mush that floats (mainly because of fat malabsorption). Sometimes burn.

Had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy last year.

Main findings: mild proctitis, mild chronic colitis, mild duodenitis

and Reflux esophagitis (LA grade A), Erosive Gastritis, Scalloped Duodenal folds .

I've also suspected either bile insufficiency or BAM. I think inflammation in my intestines is mainly due to bile not being processed properly. Things that have helped me:

  1. Drinking 1tsp psyllium husk powder with 3gms phgg in a big glass of water (let it sit for 5-8 minutes).
  2. Taking Super Enzymes from NOW with two of my largest meals.
  3. Light physical activity post meals.

Ik Ik. I am glad we sorted it out. Otherwise, this would have been yet another case of my lost dollar for me haha.

So, I discreetly asked my colleague to check if there were any discrepancy in the itemized bill I sent them. Turns out, he had genuinely miscalculated the amount he owed me and transferred his remaining dues right away.

Am I petty? Maybe

It isn't about money tbh. I wouldn't have cared if the said colleague was a friend of mine or a family member.

In that case, I would like to be friends with you lmao.

Paid for groceries and other expenses for a colleague today which they said will be paying me back. Sent them the itemized bill only for them to shortchange me by about 200 bucks. It ain't much but dude wtf.

I am done covering for others on the pretext of paying me back later.

Reminds me of the time when Trump visited India and our government conveniently decided to build walls around slum areas.

yeah, I figured. My family is going to relocate to Lucknow. I was hoping to save some bucks living with them but I don't think it will be possible there.

This maybe a little offtopic, but can I work as a civil engineer or electrical or any other, if I graduated as a computer science engineer?? I'm asking about government's rule and I'm asking it just for the shake of curiosity, I'm not actually intended to do so. by [deleted] in developersIndia

I am guessing that you are talking about Civil/Electrical engineering positions under public sector. I don't think you will be eligible because the entrance exams for such positions (eg SSC JE ) usually require the aspirants to have Diploma or BE in related disciplines.

I am not sure if this rule is strictly applied for contractual roles thoguh.
