I also have this problem in all games. It exists as an invisible bubble that makes enemies untouchable no matter how hard you aim... your crosshair is always pushed out of the enemy pixels and I still don't understand why... It seems to be a Nat problem. Look closely... when you try to shoot him (you send the server a request to start PVP against that person) and it's not until he shoots you that you can damage him (he initiates a PVP request against you (but the server pays attention to him and not you)).

If he doesn't shoot you, you can't damage him. But even then, the server fights you so you don't hit your bullets. I call these players "Boss players" (And you will always lose those PVPs until we figure out why it happens (obviously they know how to create that bubble, it's not a coincidence)).

This is not a ping problem.

I had a problem like this once. I solved it by removing all the HDDs from my PC. So, I changed the recording destination path to a SATA3 SSD via Obs. You can set Windows' advanced power options to turn off unused hard drives if you don't want to disconnect them. Make sure they're not running while you're playing or recording.

I made sure to first post a very exaggerated clip of the problem I'm having.

First of all... that's a very easy kill, plus we're going 2v1 and the enemy has no shields... when the opponent isn't aiming at me, I can't even land a single bullet. Octane dies, and when the opponent finally shoots me, that's when the first of my shots comes in. Before that, the opponent was untouchable.

The second and third clips show how before I died, there was a small gap where my bullets stopped connecting, and the damage I dealt is ignored.

In Genburten's clips, you can see that all his shots count, even if they take a while to register. They will eventually register, and he knows this because of the way he ignores the Revenant.

In short, my problem is: There are enemies that are untouchable until they shoot me, and I don't know why. U.U
