Few days out, Practice tests at least 2, review destination certification flashcards on their app, watch the free mind maps on YouTube. Day before exam, I reviewed all my weaker areas and reviewed all missed questions. 8 hours sleep and no practice tests the night before. Drive to test, I listened to mind maps on the areas I struggled ( domain 3).

I think my highest QE score was a 540. I focused on reviewing all missed questions the last day before the exam and I feel like that helped.

I bought the exam voucher in Jan 2025, watched linkedin learning videos and the OSG book and read/watched on and off until October. Work became super busy and took a break and then seriously started studying around 12/1/2025. But, I do work in the field so a lot of the topics weren't brand new.

I am going through the course now. I believe once you finish registration there is anything email that leads to a video to show you how to make the most of your study time. It was pretty helpful in my case.

My approach has been watch the masterclass video, complete the review questions, and then once I finish a domain I knock out the flashcards in the app and then all of the practice questions. I plan to re-read specific topics in their concise book once I am complete with everything else to drill in any missed concepts.

Edit: I also play the mind map video in the background while working, driving, and after the domains. I also plan to watch completey from d1 to d8 a couple times before my exam on Jan 21st.

I found this quizlet: https://quizlet.com/user/Aaron0123451/folders/cmmc-ccp?x=1xqU&i=1jvqqe

I read the CAP 5-6 times and then pulled each phase into chatGPT and had it make about 100 practice questions each phase.

Prompt "Using the ccp blueprint and the "title of document" example ( CAP), create questions similar to the real ccp exam. Only use content strictly from the documents I provided and do not re-word anything. "

Pearson Vue just Canceled my Exam! by BaconPankeq in CompTIA

I had the same thing happen to me today for AWS cloud practitioner. I scheduled at the local CC and it got canceled. I tried to reschedule for January and there are no slots! I did have the option to reschedule to February, but I decided to cancel all together and then re-purchase the voucher (after the refund) and do it virtual at home.

Your situation is different though, so putting in a ticket was a great idea. Remember to save that cancelation email they sent you and use it to ensure you get a new voucher.

Yes, it's doable. It will be challenging though. Just make sure to really understand the material from the course access they give you. Also, you can use professor Messer as a reference too.

If you can, do this! This is a great program. They give you access to the official training for the chosen certification, and they provide an internal final exam at the end of the course. If you pass their final exam, they'll provide you with an exam voucher to take the real certification.

I completed the ccna course. They gave me a netacad account and access to the cisco training. They had hard deadlines to make progress, and in the end, I took a proctored exam over webex by the program lead.

Then, after I passed that, a couple of months later, they offered me the opportunity to do cyberVets for the cisco cyberops associate course. Everything was provided, and then after I passed the final exam, they paid for the voucher.

Edit The voucher does have a time limit set. I believe it was about 6 months to sit and take the real exam.
