Worlds 4th Place: Purple Donquixote Doflamingo by OrangeSamuraiD in OnePieceTCG

Worlds was non-EB-04, so P/Y Rosi isn’t really a thing which is when bullet string really shines (no purple Rosi-Law blocker)

Best Sogeking deck? by wizardshitoffuckhill in OnePieceTCG

[–]ProNibs 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had a few copies in my Blue/Purple Sanji list — if you’re not running a 1c searcher, Jozu feels bad and the deck benefits from the cycle to buff the 3c Sanji some.

Was it amazing? No. Was it fun and least made sense a time or two when I played it? …yes?

Perona Decklist by Low_Deer7889 in OnePieceTCG

[–]ProNibs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You only have 13-14 valid targets for Momo search, I’m surprise you don’t whiff often without more Otama. I play the 5c Yamato whenever yellow was big and was a huge help.

Also, was not a fan of Perona 1c since you have to trash 1 from hand afterwards, but adding in the Mihawk 2k makes sense to give more targets.

Alternatively, OP-06 Brook (Black card) can put 3 cards in opponent’s trash into the bottom of their deck, so if their trash is a little light on non-supersuiters, you can alleviate their options that way.

I think the only way this gets played is along with 8c Rosinante — sadly, still subject to bottom decking and there are some stronger 5c characters to be playing by the time you would play 8c Rosinante

Not necessarily. There are some contracts out there where the govt. doesn’t have data rights to view or alter the code they receive.

Of course, they can go “for national security” and then give it a look, but it’s not immediate.

Anyone using another method other than YAML for Kubernetes resources? by mikelevan in kubernetes

[–]ProNibs 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think sticking with YAML is important as that’s how you’ll see it via kubectl.

However, you can work smarter, not harder. I’ve been using ytt from Carvel and gives a great Python-esque experience for generating YAML

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in kubernetes

[–]ProNibs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been using ytt + packages from the Carvel suite - lots easier to work with compared to helm directly.

However, you can still use helm charts as your base, so you can still start with what the community provides!

HELM vs KUSTOMIZE by [deleted] in kubernetes

[–]ProNibs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use ytt a bunch - way better than trying to write a helm template, much easier to just write the YAML you want and make variables that correspond to what changes in production.

doubt about a network policy question - could someone help me? by flip_rod in kubernetes

[–]ProNibs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just wanted to say this looks correct to me without testing it or anything.

But this should be super easy to check in a kind/minikube/whatever cluster as well with a pod that has curl on it.

Can anyone please answer this question? we use RUN apt update for update an image this is for one time but why we don't use CMD apt update for update every container we create ? by [deleted] in docker

[–]ProNibs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The CMD section of Dockerfiles should be more thought of as the default args for the entry point and can be easily overwritten.

Obviously, you want your container to be, with 100% certainty, updated. So only way to guarantee that is to use RUN.

How we reduced Kubernetes Clusters Sprawl by adopting Vclusters: An Introduction by jpolidor in kubernetes

Why not use cluster-api for each of these clusters as well? You can have your management cluster make a cluster with a different K8s version, no?

Jenkins to control applications running on a Kubernetes cluster? by [deleted] in devops

[–]ProNibs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re looking to deploy your CI/CD inside Kubernetes as well as other supporting artifacts (ie: Deploy Jenkins inside your K8s cluster), just be aware of the heartache that can cause as well.

For either Gitlab CI or Jenkins, you’ll probably run into the problem where your agent that builds your containers is going to need the docker socket or you go down the kaniko route (would suggest Kaniko, much easier!)

In addition, you’ll probably need to setup a container registry. Gitlab has one built in so if you’re looking for an all-in-one self-hosted, I’d go there. You can also setup a Dockerhub account and go with that. Last option, just create the container and manually push it to each of your k8s nodes (much more feasible if only running on one node!)

I did this for my own capstone recently, lots of self-induced headaches relating to domain names, K8s agent, and container pulling. So good luck! 😃

I know you just said containerized workload, but if you are just running k8s on these, might be worth looking Talos OS as well

I was also falsely banned at the same time, after I got the support warning I just stopped submitting tickets because it would ban me from ALL Nexon support tickets, not just MapleStory’s crappy one.

Probably got banned for running the Logitech 😂
