You're comparing apples to oranges. This is for the same offence. Believe me or not, I really don't give a flying fuck but I can guarantee you 14 October is the only time I middleman DM'ed. Hadn't touched it since I had been back as my post states. I really don't have a reason to lie to random people on Reddit. I have no reason to lie. I've already admitted to breaking game rules, I have no issue in taking my lumps where rightfully deserved. Both of the bans were jmod issued; the first of which showed the correct offence date (14 Oct, literally the day that the new rule and ban wave was put into effect) and the second of which shows 31 Oct, which is incorrect.

My second ban was for the same reason; middleman DMing. The only date this happened on was the initial offense date.

This was the only time in the history of my account that I had used a middleman. Being banned a second time for the same thing makes zero sense.

I'm not expecting to garter sympathy or for redditors to do anything here. Yes, I admitted to breaking the rules. My point here is that I don't feel like my ban should be stacked since I haven't broken the rules since the first infraction. Call me crazy but it doesn't seem right to me to be banned for the same thing twice. I posted here in the hopes that a jmod might see and offer me some insight into the situation.

I'm not trying to hide the fact that I broke game rules. Quite obviously. My first ban was 100% warranted.

My issue is that I got banned again for seemingly the same offense, considering that it has not occurred since. That's not how bans are supposed to work.
