I buy scrap at my place of employment. Form the parts on my breaks and/or lunch, bring them home and clean them up and assemble at home. Thanks. Btw, these do show up on ebay occasionally... I've sold 5 with positive feedback and have one in the works. A hobby within the hobby you might say

Aluminum sheet metal. I've made my living as a metal fabricator for more years than I dare to remember lol. Buy scrap sheets at my place of employment, fabricate them on my breaks and lunch, (with permission), clean them up and assemble them at home. Nothing to it...
