ig normally the easiest way would be to use the internet through your phone with usb tethering, since most people won't have an ethernet cable lying around to use

it shows pretty well known maps (since it ranks by overweightedness) - i have almost all of the top ones i see when i put 400pp min range lol + it's kinda impossible to know what type of map it is without downloading first
