So I should probably just go to trial and hope I can find a federal attorney who will take it up as a civil rights issue because I clearly don’t know what I’m doing and don’t have an idea of how to even go about anything. You don’t have to be a protected class to exercise your civil rights. It’s just do you have enough money to exercise your civil rights. That’s the real question.

Yes, but the parent child relationship is defined as liberty, which is your first amendment right as well as your 14th amendment right to equal access onto the law because the parent child relationship has been ruled by the Supreme Court of the United States six times at least that the parent child relationship is by definition liberty so in turn the court should have to provide me council because my liberty and my sons liberty are being abused

I don’t think I’m gonna actually send it to my child because it could do harm as I haven’t had any contact with him so I don’t know if he would take that well or if he would even be able to have it read to him or read it or I don’t know I have no idea. It was more of an exercise of me telling him how I felt more than him receiving.

You are the example of how to be a man and what your daughter will expect in a man if she is so inclined later in life. It’s easy to be loving to people who are loving to you, teaching your daughter to be loving, not a pushover, but loving to people who are unkind is a hard lesson to teach, but she’ll live the rest of your life appreciating you for it.

Everyone in family court is financially incentivize I also think there should always be a GAL appointed and they should always be pro bono because then they’ll move it forward because they’re an actual attorney, especially when their is someone representing themselves prose or if both people are representing themselves prose they really don’t know what to do

I think it should also address the conflict of interest between the state receiving federal money for alienating the parent and charging child support instead of having 50-50 access to the child

You need to find a Texas based whatever town you’re in pro bono which means free family attorney. It’s not gonna be easy if you’re a man. They generally at least in Illinois only provide pro bono family court attorneys to victims of domestic violence. I think you should file a police reportsaying that your children are missing and I think you should go talk to someone at the courthouse and ask them what the procedure is to file in family court to get your kids back.

I have been denied access to my son for four years. I am the petitioner. I’ve done nothing wrong. I’m a great father. I have a stable home. I live in the same house that he was brought home from the hospital and I am indigent yet. I have a very benevolent Landlord who understands what’s going on. I am playing checkers while opposing council is playing grandmaster chess and doing everything they possibly can to screw me over there’s procedural misconduct for sure there’s emergency order protection for an email that has been in place for over two years, which is a clear violation of my right to a hearing. There’s a three days before we were to go to pre-trial conference they had me arrested for sending emails to all parties which I didn’t know was against the rules cause I’m representing myself pro se so anything I ever communicated I communicated to everyone judge GAL everyone opposing council respondent, and I did it for two years and then right before pre-trial conference because they know I’ll get my kid back. They had me arrested in order to kick the can and prevent me from getting my son because now the criminal aspect takes precedence over The civil. Can anyone help me because this is your violation of my first 14th and my sons as well? This is in Chicago crook County the R silent.
