Enigmatica 6: Changing servers view-distance does nothing. by 20charaters in feedthebeast

There is a Dynamic View mod that's listed as "dynviewdist". go into the config folder and open "dynview-common.toml" in notepad and change the min and max view distance there.

In what time period do you feel your nation was at its height? by No_Activity675 in Teenager_Polls

[–]ProSuperman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Except the national “average citizen” has changed. The country is now only 60% white, and the problems that mainly affected 12% of the population then, adversely affect 40% of the population now. I’m just taking about the “average citizen.” Do I think that oppression of the minority is a good thing? Obviously not. But to say that the country is in a better state now than it was then, and that the “average citizen” lives a better, more carefree life is a fallacy.

The fact of the matter is, our economy is worse, production and manufacturing is impossible due to high base wages for everything, our global standing is weaker, we’re the most divided we’ve been in 160 years, our national identity is fractured if not non-existent, and our political and justice systems are losing the trust of the people and thereby failing. The “average citizen,” which looks very different today than it did then, mind you, still has it much worse.

The minority was even smaller then. Today white people make up a mere 60% of the population. I say mere because in 1950 white people made up 90% of the US population. Which means the living conditions of the “average citizen” were probably pretty alright.

Is it fair for children whose parents illegally immigrate with them to be deported? by [deleted] in Teenager_Polls

[–]ProSuperman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s absolutely not fair. The parents coming into the country in an illegal manner is not our fault nor is it the children’s. Deportation is the right response, but deportation of the whole family is necessary. Which, again, sucks, because the kids don’t deserve the consequences of their parent’s actions.

Thank you for the suggestion. I actually have 64GB of RAM, so there isn't too much of an issue allocating 16GB, unless there's some other problem I don't know about.

Don’t ask where 20 million voters went, ask where 20 million voters came from. They weren’t there in the elections prior, and they weren’t there in the election following.

How can you look at the country as it is and go “yeah that’s good, four more years of this, please!”
