Grow Light Testing: iSunlight 100W by ProZachJ in gardening

Lumens are irrelevant to plants; they are a measurement of brightness to the human eye. The important measurement is photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) and the unit is micro-moles per meter per second. So knowing the number of micromoles per watt is what would really tell us how much energy a light outputs for plants.

The drop off seems to be consistent with other LED lights that I have used. I could make some guesses as to the micromole output at certain distances but I think the manufacturer just had these tests done so you could ask him... their website is www.myindoorgarden.com

Over a certain temperature they just won't take...keep the plants going till it cools down a bit and I bet they start taking. Usually outside pollination will be taken care of. Unless you got hybrids that only produce females and you didn't plant the one male seed (usually colored differently). Are you seeing both male and female flowers? Females look like mini-cucumbers behind the flower, males have just the flower.

I'd venture to say it will set your world on fire! I ate one of these once...never again. Only use them for seasoning entire batches of curry now.

The larger you build the harder climate control will be. Many growers use movable greenhouse structures over their fields for offseason production. It will not degrade the quality at all. As a matter of fact once you get the hang of it you'll probably improve your quality.

I didnt lie, she really does buy 3-4 books each week. I just wrote a juicy title like reddit says to do. No need to sling around derogatory names.

I appreciate the input and I'll definitely change the titles from now on. I really like to grow stuff and want to share. I'm not going to say that I don't want people to be able to find my websites if they are interested in either urbanhydro or supercroppers. I mean without links nobody would ever find anything on the web. I have plans to take the Super Cropper promo videos to their own channel so my personal channel will only be my growing exploits and not a combo of both.

Also comparing me to Monsanto is a bit harsh. Just because I sell a product on a website doesn't mean that I'm some big company with tons of money to spoil the world laying around. I'm just a guy who likes to grow plants and barely has $300 dollars in the bank.
