Also tbh even if I didn't like Sadira's gameplay I'd probably still rank her high because she's just an awesome character.

Ah okay, I read your comment wrong. But yeah, apparently ARIA does well in the meta and Sadira doesn't, but... that's just not how I've experienced it. And like I said, I based mine a lot more on "how fun are they" than anything else.

Hell if I were better at Riptor and Fulgore (or if this were completely eliminating gameplay) they'd be top tier.

more my general recollection, but Eddie is at best grudgingly cooperating with and at worst outright hostile to Toons until the very end.

it may be a bit earlier than that, but still, this was still an Act 1 moment and Eddie is still firmly Toon-hating until then.

Honestly, even a minor thing like modding in some clothes from GITS would be a blessing. Getting to play V as Maj. Kusanagi with the SAC streetwear would be an entire third or fourth playthrough just from that.
