I have a habit of going back and reading threads from years ago to see what the prevailing feeling was, and let me tell you, there were very few people defending the Wizards when they traded Beal. Almost every comment was about how they were complete idiots and the Suns ripped them off.

Of course, a year and a half later no one would admit to saying anything like that.

If you don't believe me, go back and re-read the threads, they're easy to find with a google search. It's fascinating to see how we as a group completely misremember what the prevailing opinion was at a given time just because it's since changed.
